Whether you are a member or not, we want to keep in touch with you. Plus we are trying to make our administrative life more efficient and more cost-effective. You can help!

This survey is two parts, both short.

  1. Part I is your contact info.

  2. Part II is about how you get your news.

We will use this info for all our general directory purposes — newsletter email, Care Team check-ins, notes from the pastor, calls by various ministry leaders to invite or recruit you to something. We also include our directory our annual report provided to all members, provided electronically since Covid. You can tell us whether to include you in the published directory by clicking one button.

Please complete as much of the contact info as you are willing to let us have. Please note that we do not include the names or contact info for anyone under age 18. Also be assured: when you complete the form and click submit, your answers go to our administrative desk.
